Bilateral Agreement Form
The Bilateral Agreement Form below, after being completed using the ISCED Area codes determined for the department(s) with which the agreement will be made, can be sent to the relevant university's Foreign Relations Office or Erasmus Institutional/Departmental Coordinators, taking into account the sample correspondence below. After the agreement is signed, the agreement texts should be submitted to our University's International Relations Office for filing.
Erasmus Without Paper (EWP)
Within the scope of the European Commission's paperless Erasmus Project, the aim is to digitize the documents used for inter-university agreements and student Erasmus mobility. To facilitate inter-university agreements, the Erasmus Dashboard has been created; and for the Learning Agreement, which is one of the necessary documents for learning and traineeship mobility, the OLA (Online Learning Agreement) platform has been created.

For institutions wishing to establish an agreement via EWP, the mobility request is sent by the International Relations Office. To initiate the agreement, simply send the relevant email to erasmus@bozok.edu.tr.
